Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?
2 to 5 working days anywhere in South Africa. Orders ship with The Courier Guy.

How much is shipping?
R99 flat rate anywhere in South Africa. Free on orders over R700.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a Courier Guy tracking link by email once your parcel is dispatched, usually within 1–2 working days.

Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to residential and business addresses across South Africa. We can't deliver to PO boxes.

Products

Which Paw Cup size do I need?
Small fits toy and small breeds. Medium fits most dogs, such as spaniels, staffies and border collies. Large fits labradors, retrievers, shepherds and bigger breeds.

Which Drying Robe size do I need?
Measure your dog's back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail and compare it with the size chart on the product page.

Can I use the Twin Lead with any dogs?
It works best for two dogs of similar size. Always clip it to a body harness, never a collar.

How do I clean the products?
The Paw Cup insert and Feeding Mat can be rinsed under the tap. The Drying Robe is machine washable. The Hair Lifter empties straight into the bin.

Returns & refunds

Which items can be returned?
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, are faulty, or are not what you ordered. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping.

How do I report a damaged or faulty item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item (and the packaging, if it arrived damaged). Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We don't accept change-of-mind returns, except for your legal right to cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping is at your cost. See our refund policy for details.

How long do refunds take?
3 to 7 business days after an approved return is received, back to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout — we never see or store your card details.
