Delivery times
2 to 5 working days, anywhere in South Africa.
All orders ship from South Africa with The Courier Guy. Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are usually dispatched the same or next working day.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If you haven't received your tracking link within 2 working days, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Delivery addresses
We deliver to residential and business addresses across South Africa. We can't deliver to PO boxes.
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout, as the courier may call before delivering. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or repeated failed deliveries, a second shipping fee applies to re-send it.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us the same day. If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, let us know within 3 days so we can investigate with the courier.
