Your cooling-off right
Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, you may cancel an online order without giving a reason and without penalty within 7 days of receiving the goods. We give you 30 days.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item for a full refund of the purchase price, provided it is unused, in a resaleable condition, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email us at stianvoster2@gmail.com with your order number and a short reason. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.
Who pays for return shipping
- Changed your mind, wrong size, or not what you expected: you cover the return shipping. The original shipping fee is not refunded.
- Faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered: we cover the return shipping and refund you in full, including the original shipping fee.
Faulty or damaged goods
Under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you have 6 months from delivery to return goods that are defective, unsafe, or not fit for their intended purpose. You may choose a repair, a replacement, or a refund.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it and email us within 7 days of delivery.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you within 3 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 2 to 5 days to reflect it.
Items we cannot accept back
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without their original packaging or accessories
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, unless the claim falls under the 6-month CPA defect right above
Order cancellations
If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has been handed to the courier, please follow the returns process above.
